Sveučilište u Zagrebu Fakultet prometnih znanosti (Vodeći partner, Hrvatska) odgovoran je za mapiranje, usporedbu i valorizaciju interesa za nautičke turiste i interesa mobilnih turista bez automobila i za razvoj inovativne zajedničke mobilne aplikacije “NAUTICA CBC” za nautičke i mobilne turiste bez automobila. Vodeći partner koordinira sve aktivnosti projektnih partnera kako bi se osigurala učinkovita provedba projekta.

Univerzitet Crne Gore (PP2, Crna Gora) odgovoran je za pripremu nastavnih materijala za dva modula na crnogorskom, hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku (Modul sigurnosti i zaštite te Modul marketing destinacijskog menadžmenta), obrazovanje/osposobljavanje i razmjenu najbolje prakse o osiguranju kvalitete u nautičkom turizmu provedbom dviju edukacija/treninga. Projekti partner je također odgovoran za organizaciju komunikacijskog događaja – NAUTICA CBC Promo ture u Kotoru.

Lučka uprava Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (PP3, Hrvatska) odgovorna je za nabavu opreme za nautičke turiste/turiste bez automobila i sve ostale turiste: toteme, solarne klupe, električne bicikle s opremom. Oprema će se redovito održavati svake godine i intenzivno promovirati tijekom provedbe projekta. Također, projektni partner će organizirati završnu konferenciju NAUTICA CBC u Starom Gradu.

Turistička organizacija Kotor (PP4, Crna Gora) odgovorna je za nabavu opreme za nautičke turiste/turiste bez automobila i sve ostale turiste: ploče, interaktivno autobusno stajalište, solarne klupe, električne bicikle s opremom i ormariće. Oprema će se redovito održavati svake godine i intenzivno promovirati tijekom provedbe projekta.

The University of Zagreb, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences (Lead Partner, Croatia) is responsible for mapping, benchmarking and valorisation of interests of nautical tourists and car-less mobile tourists interest and for developing innovative joint mobile application “NAUTICA CBC” for nautical and car-less mobile tourists. The Lead Partner coordinates project activities to ensure effective project implementation.

University of Montenegro (PP2, Montenegro) is responsible for preparation of learning materials for two modules on Montenegrin, Croatian and English language (Module Safety and Security and Module Marketing of Destination Management), education/training and exchange of best practice on quality assurance in nautical tourism by implementing two educations/trainings. Project partner is also engaged in organisation of communication activity - NAUTICA CBC Promo Tour in Kotor.

Split and Dalmatia County Port authority (PP3, Croatia) is responsible for procurement of equipment for nautical / car-less tourists and all other tourists: totems, solar benches, electric bicycles with equipment. Equipment will be maintained annually on regular basis and intensively promoted during project implementation. Also, project partner will organize NAUTICA CBC Final conference in Stari Grad.

Opis projekta: Glavni cilj projekta NAUTICA CBC je ojačati, diverzificirati i integrirati prekograničnu turističku ponudu unutar Programa kroz razvoj novog turističkog proizvoda i usvajanje novih znanja i sektorskih vještina. U sklopu projekta razvit će se inovativna mobilna aplikacija za nautičare i turiste bez automobila. Također, održat će se obuka za 60 osoba iz Hrvatske i Crne Gore iz područja osiguranja kvalitete i destinacijskog menadžmenta. Jedna od najvažnijih aktivnosti je poboljšanje turističke infrastrukture za nautički turizam i turizam bez automobila u Starom Gradu (HR) i Kotoru (CG), kupnjom opreme, kao i razvoj i promocija tradicionalne gastronomije na prekograničnom području putem digitalne interaktivne kuharice „Okus tradicije“, koja će biti dio zajedničke mobilne aplikacije za nautičke turiste „NAUTICA CBC“. Očekivani rezultati su: razvijeni novi zajednički turistički proizvodi; novi razvijeni i poboljšani objekti/infrastruktura; broj osoba educiranih o osiguranju kvalitete u nautičkom turizmu. Očekivani rezultati: Inovativna zajednička mobilna aplikacija “NAUTICA CBC” i 60 osoba iz HR & CG-e  uspješno obučene o osiguranju kvalitete u nautičkom turizmu. Projekt se sastoji od sljedećih aktivnosti: Upravljanje (Upravljanje projektom i koordinacija), Provedba (Mapiranje, uspoređivanje i procjena predmeta interesa nautičkih turista i mobilnih turista bez automobila; Razvoj i promocija suštine ciljanog prekograničnog područja tradicionalne gastronomije; Inovativna zajednička mobilna aplikacija „NAUTICA CBC“ za razvoj i promociju za nautičke turiste i mobilne turiste bez automobila; Razvoj objekata/suprastrukture za potporu turizmu u Starom Gradu i Kotoru; Edukacija/osposobljavanje i razmjena najbolje prakse o osiguranju kvalitete u nautičkom turizmu. Project description: The main objective of the NAUTICA CBC project is to strengthen, diversify and integrate the cross-border tourism offer in the Programme area through the development of a new tourism product, and the adoption of new knowledge and sectoral skills. As part of the project, an innovative mobile application will be developed for boaters and tourists without cars. Also, training will be held for 60 people from Croatia and Montenegro in the field of quality assurance and destination management. One of the most important activities is the improvement of tourist infrastructure for nautical and car-free tourism in Stari Grad (HR) and Kotor (ME), through the purchase of equipment, as well as the development and promotion of traditional gastronomy in the cross-border area through a digital interactive cookbook “Taste of Tradition”, which will be part of a joint mobile application for nautical tourists “NAUTICA CBC”. Expected results are: new joint tourist products developed; new facilities/infrastructure developed and improved; number of persons educated on quality assurance in nautical tourism. Expected outputs: Innovative joint mobile application “NAUTICA CBC” and  60 persons from HR&MNE successfully trained on quality assurance in nautical tourism. Project cosists of following activities: Management (Project Management and Coordination), Implementation (Mapping, benchmarking and evaluation of objects of nautical tourists and car-less mobile tourists interest;  Development and promotion of the essence of targeted cross-border area traditional gastronomy; Innovative joint mobile application “NAUTICA CBC” for nautical and car-less mobile tourists development and promotion; Development of tourism supporting facilities /suprastructure in Stari Grad and Kotor; Education/training and exchange of best practice on quality assurance in nautical tourism.), Communication (Start-up activities; Promotional materials; Digital activities including social media;  Public event -  Organized final NAUTICA CBC conference; Targeted event - Promo NAUTICA CBC Tour; Publication(s).)
